This can only be accomplished through a repeatable and measurable process of identifying, vetting, recruiting, contracting and managing highly qualified personnel in a timely fashion.  To meet that requirement, ANC developed a six-step process that consistently serves our clients well and has resulted in more than 14 years of successful placements.

Account Management

Once a placement is complete, ANC remains your partner with a dedicated account manager that will both onboard and monitor staff progress.  The account manager maintains regular communication with staff provided and client representatives.  This relationship ensures your satisfaction, promotes continuous improvement and demonstrates our commitment to our employees.

In support of the account manager, ANC leadership invests in the success of every engagement, and the success of our clients. While the account manager is responsible for the overall success of the contract and staff, ANC leadership is readily available as the project sponsor, actively involved and informed.
